Good workouts, but cardio sucked ass this week. I only got to the gym 4 times total and did 3 half ass cardio workouts. Tried to make one up after legs last night but I quit 12:00 in because I suck. LOL

Anyhoo...I'm going to try to get advanced tickets for Spider-man 2 this afternoon....that means there will be no workout on Wednesday.

Tommorrow, we are going to Portland to look for an apartment. We have some interesting prospects, but it is so much more difficult when you have a dog. The fact that I am a cheap bastard doesn't help either.

Solid workout. It was 90+ degrees in the gym while I was training, so the heat and the deads really got to me. Lower back was toast after deads. While on this 5x5 program, I need to stick with rows that provide some low back support. I think I will either do HS ISO or Supported T-bar from here on out.

I was too burnt for cardio. I will do 45-60 minutes tonight. Since my schedule is kinda fuct right now, I am going to a pull/push/legs split, and I will try to avoid lifting two days in a row. Non weight training days will be for core/ab work and cardio.

I forgot how challenging this 3 day split is. Yowza.
